Eliana Gayle-Schneider

Eliana Gayle-Schneider is an Account Director specializing in strategic paid media campaigns for Versus Media Group's advocacy and public affairs clients.

From ballot measures to rapid-response GOTV initiatives, she's led ad campaigns that have helped shift local and national conversations on affordable housing, environmental action, reproductive justice, and more. She also brings deep experience in the economic justice space, running media campaigns that help clients build thought leadership, sharpen media relations strategy, and champion worker power. 

Eliana loves untangling policy challenges through integrated communications planning, finding the sweet spot where paid, earned, and owned media meet. Before joining Versus Media Group, Eliana led PR campaigns for non-profit, documentary film, and museum education clients in NYC.

She’s a lifelong New Yorker but is now in a pursuit for the best bagel in the nation’s capital. She lives in Northwest D.C. with her partner and a rotating cast of foster cats.
